Task
The Client needed two Tallinn apartment buildings on one site: a 20-room house in the centre and a 94-room house for short and longer stays near the Old Town. Guests had to search availability, book and pay online, with rooms kept in sync with the Bidrento property management system through its API.
What I built
- Booking system: branch types, room types, listing, search and booking, specific available dates, price by rental period.
- Two-way API integration with the property CRM: branches, lists, availability, additional services, tenants, rental agreements, deposits, and data sync both ways.
- Two payment systems wired into the reservation flow.
- Custom WPBakery add-ons for search forms and listings; theme on ACF Pro.
- Multilingual site with WPML (EN · ET · RU).
How it went
Several parties took part, so the work ran longer than a typical build. Along the way we also had to extend the property management software itself. I led the WordPress side and coordinated backend and front-end work across the integration.
Result
90%+ occupancy of the houses after launch.
